Limited Liability
Because local standards and regulations vary significantly, we cannot guarantee that all products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in those localities where the products will be shipped, sold and used. Further, it is recommended that you seek professional, independent advice regarding use of these products.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX credit cards. For businesses, we do accept PO's, upon completion/approval of a credit application. We are required by law to add sales tax to orders shipped to Illinois. If your business/organization is tax exempt, we will need a copy or your sales tax exemption certificate.
Pricing
EBKContainers is committed to offering high quality products at low prices. Prices are updated to reflect increases from our suppliers. Prices do not include freight or applicable taxes. Due to the constant change in gas and oil, and the cost of materials. EBKContainers reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Shipping
Shipping/Handling Charges Apply to All Products. Our suppliers usually ship via UPS Ground, large orders are shipped via common carriers and freight charges will apply. Please note shipping/handling charges will be added as an additional charge to your credit card. Please contact us if you would like a shipping request prior to placing your order. If you would like to use your own shipping account, please provide that in the comments section. A per order service fee of $5.00 may apply to 3rd party or collect customers.
In-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days, non-stock items will have lead times before shipping and require minimum orders. Most of our products will ship out of the Chicago area.
*Please note. shipping will appear as FREE at the time of purchase. No purchases will be free of shipping charges, unless providing your own shipping account.
Returns
Hassle-Free Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's what you do:
- Email returns@ebkcontainers.com before returning any item and advise if you prefer an exchange, full credit, or money back.
- We will issue a return authorization number, which you must include with the return package
- Send it back!
Contact us within 15 days of receipt. Refunds are made upon our receipt of product in original, resalable condition. Returned product must be received within 30 days of sale. NOTE: Some products may not be returned. For example, FDA approved containers, and some third party products. For the most part, container products can be returned, but contact us before purchase with questions. Also note that returned shipments or refused shipments will incur shipping charges. Also note that for some products there is a 15% restocking fee. Please inquire before purchase.
Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled prior to being shipped. Orders of value of $500 or more that have settled, will incur a 3% Service fee.
